HAPI offers medical liability coverage on a claims-made basis for a limit of $1 million per occurrence with a $3 million annual aggregate.

New members pay substantially less for the first year of coverage. As their exposure to claims increases, subsequent annual costs increase accordingly, until they fully mature in the 3rd year.
