HAPI offers affordable medical malpractice coverage, on a claims-paid basis. At no further cost to the member, our Plan also includes coverage for member liability claims arising out of the acts or omissions of a member's non-physician employees when the employees were rendering medical care to a member's patient and was under the member's direct supervision.
