Started 35 years ago, HAPI is the first, physician-owned, medical malpractice coverage provider in the State of Hawaii.

For over three decades, we have worked diligently to protect our members and educate them on current liability issues affecting their practice.

In five separate surveys conducted in 1998, 2002, 2004, 2005, and 2009 we asked our members if they would refer a colleague to HAPI? 100% of our respondents said, "YES."
